The Library Loyalty Guest, a rewarded program is ranked into three membership tiers: Red, White and Black that offers you to enhance exclusive benefits and privileges. Being The Library Loyalty Guest, you earn points whenever you stay or spend with us. Then you can redeem in accommodation nights and F&B credit rewards for your next stay.

This program is available for anyone who prefers to book and stay at The Library from the effective date on the 1st of April, 2011. Experience and enjoy a realm of The Library rewards.

RED CARD

Every checked-in guest will be automatically entitled this card.

Bonus Points for 2nd stay
Stay of minimum 3 nights in Studio for your next stay; get additional 20 bonus points.
Stay of minimum 3 nights in Suite for your next stay; get additional 40 bonus points.

Validity : Points will expire if no stay activity is recorded during a consecutive 24
month of period.

For enhanced benefits on the next White card tier of membership, spend or accumulate 200 points over 24-month of period.

Spend or accumulate 200 points to be awarded to this tier of membership.

Benefits : Entitle a chance to earn points plus benefits and privileges or
upgrade to Black card member.

Spend or accumulate 600 points to be awarded to the highest tier of membership.

redeem free nights with no blackout date.

• A complimentary 1 hour aroma therapy massage for 2 persons and additional 20% discount on any Spa treatments at IS Spa.

EARNING REDEEMING

As members of The Library Loyalty Guest, you earn points when staying or spending with us which will be redeemable for upgrade, free nights and credit rewards for an exclusive dining pleasure at The Page.

Earning Point

Every single room night in "Smart Studio" earns 10 points.
Every single room night in "Exotic Suite" earns 15 points.
Every THB 1,000 spends on food & beverage, activities at The Page or souvenirs at The Lib earns 1 point.

TERM & CONDITIONS

• The Library Loyalty Guest membership will be effective after the registration has been completed.
• The points will be earned from the effective date which is officially announced by The Library.
• Earning points will automatically be credited to each membership account after check-out date and your account having been settled.
• Members accumulate points only when expenses accommodation, food & beverages, souvenirs and others services which are directly booked & settled with The Library.
• Accommodation or any other services booked and prepaid through a tour operator, a travel agent or any third party will not be accounted as direct expenses at the resort and therefore will not generate any points.
• Any bookings made through the third party will be entitled for the Red Card. Points can not be accumulating from accommodation.
• Points will be earned only when in-house expenses or services are directly settled with The Library.
• Points cannot transferable to other members.
• Free night rewards, breakfast excluded.
• Free night accommodation cannot be redeemed in cash and are not refundable.
• Rewards can be used during period mentioned above only and subject to room availability.
• Unused points will be automatically expired as the validity of each membership card.
• The Library Loyalty Guest membership benefits can only be redeemed when the member has made his/her accommodation reservation directly with The Library reservation office and by booking at the Best Available Rate or offer as advertised on The Library website at the time of reservation.
• The Library has the right to modify or amend any terms and conditions, benefits and privileges without prior notice.
